Sundays at a glance

When you attend one of our services, you will find that it resembles most contemporary evangelical church services with a blend of modern worship songs and traditional hymns. At Gateway, we practice open communion and all believers are encouraged to participate.  We also do not require believers to be re-baptized in order to serve in our church. Gateway believes that the Bible is the foundation of faith and we are not attached to any specific creed.  In essence, Gateway Church of God is a church that exists to love others to life by living according to the scriptures. We are very excited that you have taken an interest in our church and look forward to answering any other questions that you may have.

Small Groups

Small Groups are a central part of our strategy at Gateway. Through small group environments, people in different parts of their spiritual journey connect by experiencing life together.

Throughout the year, we host four small group campaigns, each typically lasting 4 to 6 weeks. Each campaign begins with a kick-off night where groups are formed, and each group decides the best time and place to meet. While we learn God's word in our rows on Sundays, being part of a small group allows us to share and live life together in a more intimate setting.

GATEWAY Kids

Gateway Kids is our Sunday children's church environment. Pre-K children to 5th grade students dismiss from the service before the message.  Your child will learn a monthly virtue and verse from a Bible story in a large group setting. Grade-related small groups follow the lesson with activities that reinforce the weekly bottom line.  Each week we will send your child home with valuable tools that will further emphasize what they learned on Sunday. The Parent Cue card and Fridge Door card are designed with the parent in mind. They will help you incorporate values and virtues into their everyday lives.  We truly believe that children are more than the church of tomorrow and are a vital part of our church today.

REV Youth

REV is our youth discipleship environment
where we focus on fellowship, teaching and small
groups - the main ingredient.

Tune Up is our middle school ministry that meets on Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the garage.

REV exists to accelerate students closer to God and each other. At REV, we value Bible-centered teaching, honest relationships, life-change, and ministry service.

awana

Awana meets on Wednesday nights from September to May at 6:00 p.m. for children ages 3 through 5th grade. It is a worldwide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions. Awana offers children the opportunity to know, love, and serve Jesus, regardless of their background. The name AWANA is derived from the first letters of "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed," based on 2 Timothy 2:15: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. "

Nursery

Our nursery is available for babies from birth to age three. Your child will be cared for by our attentive and qualified child-care workers while you enjoy our services on Sunday mornings and adult groups on  Wednesday nights.
